Kosine, a Chicago-born, Grammy-nominated, multi-Platinum producer, has evolved from being one-half of the iconic production duo “Da Internz” to become a full-fledged creative powerhouse. Known for crafting chart-topping hits for, among others, Rihanna, Nicki Minaj, John Legend, Big Sean, Usher, Justin Bieber, and Nas, Kosine has stepped out from behind the boards to redefine himself as an artist, actor, saxophonist, and cultural innovator.

In 2025, Kosine continues to push boundaries with his movement, "Rewrite Ya Life," blending his passions for music, education, and storytelling. This year marks the release of “Gourmet Ratchet” merch, a line that embodies the mantra “imperfect yet excellent,” reflecting the raw, authentic creativity that defines Kosine’s artistry. He’s dropping the highly anticipated Truth Serum 2: The Book of Markos, the follow-up to his debut EP, featuring BJ the Chicago Kid and songs born from his soul, including one featuring Idris Elba, inspired by the George Floyd tragedy. Kosine’s inspiring journey is also chronicled in his upcoming Rewrite Ya Life documentary, featuring Kevin Hart.

Kosine’s evolution as a saxophonist has been a defining element of his creative renaissance. Mentored by the legendary Mike Phillips—Nike Jordan’s first signed musician—Kosine has embraced his love for the saxophone and its connection to his roots in sports. His saxophone journey includes working with Kanye West during the early days of Sunday Service. Kosine not only helped start this transformative musical experience but also introduced Kanye to his musical director, Phil Cornish, and performed with Kanye and the Sunday Service choir at Coachella in 2019. Kosine has performed the national anthem for major sports franchises, including the Chicago Cubs, Chicago Bulls, Chicago Fire, and Chicago White Sox. His saxophone skills also shine on Chris Brown’s smash single “Sensational,” a viral hit that has amassed over 250 million streams and millions of views on YouTube.

Kosine is curating a roster of exceptional artists poised to make waves in 2025. This includes Dejour from St. Kitts, husband-and-wife duo Yahyah and Domo, Tish Hyman, and Frayne Vibez. Frayne Vibez, the first artist from Kosine’s roster to debut in 2024, released his single under the prestigious Hidden Beach/UMG partnership. Within months, Frayne Vibez went on tour with Chicago legend Lupe Fiasco.
