Bay Birds
The Bay Birds are an indie rock band from Pacific Beach, San Diego. Emerging on the scene in 2023, they’ve built a strong local following with their high-energy performances and dynamic connection with the crowd. Blending 90s and 2000s rock influences with a modern indie sound, The Bay Birds deliver a catalog of music that’s both nostalgic and refreshingly current.
Formed after an impromptu jam session at a dimly lit studio near Mira Mar, the band features Tyler Gilmore (vocals), Ty Nelson and Cale Bollman (guitar), Tommy Kearney (bass), and Jack Magnier (drums). Together, they bring an infectious mix of rhythm, melody, and raw energy to every stage they play.

Seapoodle
With a vintage soul and a psychedelic heartbeat, Seapoodle channels the golden era of surf rock through a modern San Diego lens. Born during the 2021 lockdown just steps from Windansea Beach, the band began as a guitar duo and has since evolved into an eight-piece collective, often joined by an extended family of guest musicians who bring new textures to their ever-shifting sound.
Their music blends 60s and 70s rock, Latin grooves, layered percussion, and reverb-soaked tones, designed to move like a wave—building, curling, and breaking with hypnotic energy. In 2024, they scored the surf film Confluence, further cementing their role in the evolving culture of California surf psychedelia.
From backyard jams to packed stages, Seapoodle delivers a live experience that flows between meditative and explosive, always grounded in rhythm.
