    Alan Lili, Amari Jordan, and Jaime Mora, the members of tulengua, went from international strangers to close-knit family through their shared love of music.

    The band was founded in 2017 by Alan Lili and Slack Barrett, with the goal of creating bilingual music that fosters a greater sense of community and collaboration across borders. Since then, they have been recognized by outlets like Vice and Playboy, and have opened for bands like Molotov and Las Cafeteras.​​

    In Summer of 2023, tulengua signed to South Mountain Music and ADA Latin for distribution. With the start of this new chapter, tulengua is excited to become even more borderless and bring their music to new audiences all over the globe.

  • Nebula and the Cosmos

     Nebula is a band artist-producer-DJ hailing from San Diego, deeply passionate about music across all genres. For Neb, music represents more than just a personal endeavor; it has served as a spiritual instrument, that is necessary for building community. You can find her performing vocals with RIVA and JazzHouse around town and also in the resident band featured at FUTURE IS COLOR™ Jazz Night. 

    Her projects, Nebula and the Cosmos and Living Arrangement, beautifully encapsulate the sounds that define her artistic journey from childhood to present, transcending both space and time. With a love for performance rooted in ensembles and choirs, collaboration lies at the heart of her approach to all creative projects.
