    Ginger Roots and The Protectors are a reggae roots band from Encinitas, California that was formed in 2012 by frontman Chase Brokaw (Ginger Roots) and  brother Spencer Brokaw.  The Protectors, the band, includes Spencer on percussion and background vocals, Fully Fullwood on Bass, Stevie Verhault on guitar and background vocals, Santa Davis on drums, Alex Somerville on Keyboards as well as other great musicians filling in or performing as the horn section. With their solid roots drum and bass foundation, catchy melodies, worldly lyrics and electric look and performance Ginger Roots continues to gain traction in the Reggae scene. So far Ginger Roots has opened for reggae legends like Steel Pulse, Ziggy Marley, Julian Marley, Stephen Marley, Barrington Levy, Pato Banton, Israel Vibration, Don Carlos, Freddie Mcgregor, Mykal Rose, Groundation among many others and has performed in front of 20,000 person crowds with the full band and stripped down acoustic/plugged in style. Ginger Roots has a strong presence in the studio as well with recording sessions at Bob Marley's Tuff Gong studio in Jamaica and also with the Legendary bass player and producer Fully Fullwood at "The Kitchen" Studio where his first two albums were made. Ginger Roots is currently working on his third studio album. 'Don't Stop The Groove', and 'Vibe Maker' albums are out everywhere right now for listening!

    Jah Ollin is a Roots reggae group from San Diego, CA, influenced by artists like Akae Beka, Bob Marley, and Israel Vibration. They focus on maintaining a pure and spiritual Roots sound, promoting themes of mental liberation and unity. Led by Ollin and supported by Rasta Elders, the group aims to inspire the next generation of Rastafari musicians. They collectively tune to 432Hz, resonating with the Earth's electromagnetic heartbeat. Jah Ollin is celebrated as a unique phenomenon in the reggae scene.
